Riding and Rafting

Okey, now the workshops are over, but we didn't have enough time to visit and write about all of the activities. But we got some pictures, so I'll try to write something about the diffrent activities.

Rafting

The rafters where rafting in one-man rafting boats. They started with some training and getting used to their boats at sealevel, and when they got used to the boats they went back to the camp area. When they came back to the camp they got in their boats and rafted down the river that runs on the side of the camp area.

Riding

Some of us did horseback riding at the famous little horse from the area, the lyngshest or the northlands horse. They are little by size, but is pretty much like a horse. They were divided into two groups and met in the middle for a fantastic lunch, consisting of "finnbiff". The trip went into the valley and further with steep, dramatic hillsides/mountains on both sides and a fuming river below.

There were also some other workhops, but the blog team didn't manage to visit them all... sadly... :(
